AMICA Holding is established in the United Arab Emirates and operates as a technology holding — combining R&D, venture formation and brand-building under one roof. We do not operate end-customer products ourselves; we build the IP, spin out new entities, and let regional operating companies take them to market.
Our activity is organized into three complementary tracks: research and development in IT software technology, formation of new business entities, and marketing and branding of our subsidiaries.
